A lot of upscale shops and a destination for a variety of restaurants. But what’s more interesting is the monthly car show that takes place on the second Sunday morning. Great number of cars.

This was the best mall I have ever been to! So many active Lifestyles and shops here. Who says malls are going out of style? Come and visit this mall and your mind will be changed forever. The Exquisite shops and eateries in this mall are one of a kind. You won't be able to cover this mall in one day's time, you'll have to have to make return trips just to see all of it and experience everything it has to offer. Just get a big load of patience and get the right mindset and you will love alot of what this area has to offer. Traffic is terrible, prices are high... but the selection and fancy shopping experience is good if you can afford it and if you do not let the traffic piss you off

My 14 year old son wanted to go here for the first time and he was so impressed! We had an absolute blast walking around looking at all the amazing different places and the architecture is just incredible. What a beautiful Mall so lively and just really an incredible place to go

Beatiful!!! New design in everything looks awesome, super clean, cleanest restrooms I ever saw, plenty of parking surrounded for a lot of restaurants, perfect place to enjoy with your family

Great place to get your steps in on a rainy day. I liked the watch shop on the second floor most of all. Very well lit, tons of parking, nice and clean.

I attended an event they had with crafters, music, and Santa. It was a great time. The artistic ability of the vendors was amazing. I saw some really creative and unique items. They also had a live band playing. The band and the music were great. Santa also made an appearance, which made a lot of children really excited. He sat in his big, red sleigh and took photos. The lighted holiday decorations in the area were beautiful...simply amazing. Great job. I am so happy I was able to attend this function.

When we visit my granddaughters in Sarasota we stay at he Courtyard or Fairfield in the University Town Center (UTC) area. Get breakfast at Chick-fil-a and lunch at various restaurants. They also go ice skating at The Rink and a night at the Wonderland Circus. At the Christmas there are lights everywhere, very pretty. The traffic can be heavy around UTC but it is manageable.

This place is fantastic during the holiday season. The Christmas decorations and lights are as good as any of the Florida theme parks. The mall owners went all the way to create a beautiful and inviting environment.

I absolutely love University Town Center! It’s truly a beautiful, one-stop destination for everything you need — shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and a great place to just hang out with family and friends. The atmosphere is vibrant yet welcoming. What really touched my heart is how they celebrate Chinese New Year. Even though we don’t have a large Chinese community here, the inclusive culture makes me feel seen, respected, and loved as a Chinese- American. That means so much. I truly appreciate the associates at UTC. Thank you for your efforts! I love our Sarasota, and I love our UTC! Proud to call this place home.
